Issue and return email notifications from myCHEP

As part of our commitment to improve your experience and to make it easier to do business with CHEP, all users of myCHEP can now receive an order status email notification when their order moves from ‘Requested’ to ‘Planned’. Note: ‘Planned’ in myCHEP means a  customer’s order is confirmed for delivery or pickup. To support you in setting up these notifications, click here to access the myCHEP Q Card on Issue and Return Notifications.

As a reminder, to assist with planning, please place all orders via myCHEP with at least 48 hours’ notice before required collection or delivery date. If less than 48 hours, an error message will appear. If you have any queries or require support, please contact your account manager or customer service on 13 2437 (13 CHEP).
