FAQ

  • How does CHEP work?

CHEP's business model is based on a "Share and Reuse" concept called Pooling. Customers rent equipment from CHEP, and CHEP manages the equipment, including platform management, quality assurance, and retrieval. After use, the pallets are returned to CHEP for cleaning, inspection, and redistribution to other customers. Customers only pay for what they use, and they don't need to invest in buying their own equipment. This system allows for the efficient use of pallets across multiple companies and industries. CHEP's scale and network means customers have access to the equipment they need when and where they need it.
